The new way of saying you do not like someone!
Wow, well so it seems that you can make a positive out of not liking someone and still remain liked! To be honest I was listening to a so-called recruiter in a café, so loud I nearly went over to ask them to be a little quieter. Really felt so sorry for the candidate as all of their personal and work history was being aired for everyone to hear and of course the candidate wanting the role, did not dare say she was concerned with confidentiality! It turns out that you now can say you dislike someone by saying “I did not like their energy”, accompanied with a caring and empathetic smile – so HRish!
