All steam ahead – what does 2023 have in store for you?
What a journey we have all been on since Covid 19…who would have thought, we live in a topsy turvy world where the pandemic brought flexible working and improved benefits and now it seems we are returning to pre-pandemic – do we never learn?
The state of the employment market is still difficult with major skill shortages – we haven’t trained – what’s new!? However, there are ways and means of achieving your goals and as long as employers remain flexible, they will be able to attract staff. The next few years will be transitional where candidates will be upskilling like crazy – good luck and keep going.
No longer do people believe in staying at an organisation for years, therefore succession planning in a business is essential.
