Retail After Sales Administrator
My client is extremely busy and expanding and is therefore seeking to recruit an experienced administrator/customer service Individual to join their team.
This role focuses on repairs and servicing of their exclusive products; liaising with customers, managing their expectations, progressing repairs and servicing and delivering a great service to all. You will also be working with and liaising with high profile brands who have their own processes and protocols to follow. They will not release items until they have been restored to brand new condition! Great listening and fabulous communication skills are required, plus sound experience of the Microsoft office suite. Once trained you will have a high level of autonomy and be fully responsible for your very important part of the business.
Hours are Mondays to Fridays 8.30am – 5.30pm, with a degree of flexibility. The role also attracts a good pension and holiday entitlement and bonus.
