Operations and Administration Coordinator
Superb opportunity to join a fabulous organisation, supporting their Operations Director and their and sales and operations team.
Seeking a multi-tasker who thrives in a busy environment, who enjoys not only being part of a team but also taking the lead and thriving on their own decision making, this role would be ideal for an Individual with a strong administrative background, customer driven with exceptional people skills.
Key elements of the role are as follows:
Working with and supporting a team of 5 excellent operations staff
Overseeing, supporting and partaking of all administrative functions, including office insurance, car insurance, sales administration, customer care, liaison with procurement and European HQ
Ensuring all policies and procedures remain current and updated accordingly
Monitoring sample stocks, to support the sales team
Attending exhibitions and meeting with customers
Effectively liaising with the finance team
This role will grow and develop and as such requires an Individual with passion and flair.
Mondays to Fridays, 37.5 hours, 24 days holiday plus statutory entitlement, generous employee rewards and lovely working conditions.
