Excellent, varied role for bright and personable Individual, who loves engaging with customers.
Team driven, with your own customers to support and nurture and a Field Sales Individual to support, you will be actively involved in providing exemplary customer service for long retained customers and new customers alike.
Key responsibilities include:
Taking orders, progressing through to completion, ensuring customers are always kept up to date
Sending out samples and speaking to potential new customers; arranging a meeting with the Field Sales Representative
Working through database of customers, contacting those who have not been in touch for a while, updating of new products and ensuring their details are current
Providing presentations of products – once learned
Attending trade shows and exhibitions as and when – totally does not impact on your personal life
Attending team meetings to analyse sales and customers’ needs and bring any new ideas.
This is a lovely role for an Individual who enjoys being part of a team, whilst retaining a good level of autonomy and adding value, whilst developing long term customer relationships.

Mondays to Fridays 37.5 hours a week with excellent benefits.
