Customer Service/Order Processing



Lovely role working in a busy department of two people. Other departments include finance, marketing and sales as well as operations. Great company who really look after their employees.

Day to day responsibilities include, processing orders using in house system, word and basic excel; customer service, speaking to customers, providing updates re their orders, resolving any queries that may arise, tracking through orders through to completion.

A busy and varied role, with training and the opportunity to progress in the future.

Sound benefits and holidays include 23 days plus statutory – 9am – 5pm – 37.5 hours a week
