Admin & Finance Assistant
Super new role with long established company, which continues to flourish and grow and has great respect and care for all of its employees.
A very varied position, which is ideal for an individual who loves numbers and statistics, using in house systems and excel, supporting and working with their Accounts Manager, key responsibilities will include:
Processing of stock entries, good received, manufacturing stock and reconciliation thereof
Purchase order maintenance and processing
Purchase ledger invoicing; recording and reconciliation
Maintaining various spreadsheets
Sales order processing
General admin support, sending emails, taking calls, supporting switchboard
Support the process and recording of date relating to various ISO standards.
Supporting month end close
A busy and expanding role, with training offered in the areas new to a candidate.

Mondays to Fridays, 37.5 hours a week, generous holidays and free parking on site.
